      There had been more drive in a nation's population when a GM was present to rule - this has exemplified in the Orcs, Humans and even Elves, whereas player-rplayer-run nations die out quickly or turns stale. Opportunity is lessened .

      Simply because a nation can do more when rather than going through the normal Ways, they have a GM to do it right away.
