Every single battle usually gets some sort of mistake that can give one side a severe advantage, let's not continue to do this war after war, and enforce some more rules.
Just have GMs properly oversee battles. It's not that hard. Negotiate with nation leaders, and get more than 4 GMs to make sure everything is running smoooth
