I'm not against lairs for certain groups with a dedicated niche, don't get me wrong. I just feel like we're about to see multiple, redundant lairs that are going to posture themselves like a nation and behave as if nothing changed.

Frostbeard Lair is one I **** with heavily, as they have always had that divergence with their religion, and if they lean into it we can see some cool stuff with them and the snelves, not just... dwarf clan hall #3

That's kinda a part of why we are doing the lairs is we are trying to create new dwarf rp by having lairs focus on something while doing diaspora rp of the dwarves being all across the world. Dorin and Ulfar hold is going to become the Dwemer from skyrim (hard focus on smoggers) and we are going to become evil viking dwarves (raiding and blood magic) while also ya know avoiding genocide
