You can banned for a strike report? I thought the point of it was that the reporter didn't think that you should get banned for the offence, but you should be punished nontheless. And for minor offences.
Whether it's a strike or ban report is decided by the creator of the topic. It's the GM who makes the final verdict. If they feel the guilty party deserves a different verdict they can change it.
