Oh, I definitely understand the culture behind it from an IC perspective, and to be frank it's a very interesting reason. I merely mentioned it because from an OOC perspective I consider it one of the contributing factors as to why people are avoiding creating Orcish characters.

A lot of new players (like myself, once upon a time,) have also found the Orcish accent to be almost illegible. One idea would be to simply tone down the Blah, making new players able to understand you rough and tumble orc players, communicate with them more easily, and therefore attract new people.

*Nienna sighs, as she allows the bird to land on her arm. She waves it off, and the bird flaps onto a fencepost, studying her curiously. She returns the stare, judging it intently.* "Lets see, Raven, someone likes their large, over-intelligent birds. Hm, a lot like me, actually." *Nienna holds her stare for a moment longer, before taking the note off of the Raven, her brow slowly furrowing as she reads it.* "Ravens, raves, survival, ravens. The Ravens, Got it. So this is how the Ravens recruit members..." *Nienna looks to the blank scroll, pursing her lips. Eventually she shrugs, and writes a response.* "Much better method of distribution for a secret society than the normal rigmarole of signs posted everywhere. The raven was a good choice; very smart for a bird. This bird is pretty well trained too. ~N"

I just wrote the equivalent of a short essay on devin ryder... for no apparent reason. Whelp, at least people know how the Ex-Con developed.

Am I the only healer who uses the traditional, gory methods before resorting to the special (IE, druidic/alchemical/clerical) methods of healing? It makes matters much more fun for everyone involved, I find.
