Looking through the minestatus list, and have noticed every server is a pvp server, in some way, shape, or form. No idea what brought on the death of survival minecraft, but it almost breaks my heart that the only top dogs are "HARDCORE PVP!".
Not so much that; PVP is simply the most enduring concept on MC. 'Unique' servers appeal only to small groups, or for a short amount of time. They aren't the pinnacle of creativity, they just attract more people.
