It can seem redundant when someone appeals a "perma ban" but we couldn't just do away with them when there /are/ those occasions where someone needs it/deserves it.

A 13 year old kid is being harassed on the server, and after 3 of his friends leave he decides to pugsy before leaving. Now, you're telling me that when he returns a year later he shouldn't be allowed back on... There is a lot of maturity and development in one year of time, and I refuse to believe that no-rp killing warrants that harsh of a punishment. It's ludicrous.

I've also seen people unbanned from instances that, IMO, for exceed any damage by no-rp killing. I've yet to see a case of pugsying that has left a catastrophic effect on the playerbase.. I phrased the original status wrong; I don't think pugsy should exceed anything beyond a year long ban (1 year alone is excessive)
