You have a combination of finals and the holiday season going on. Real life is more important than LOTC. Plus its early morning, even on the weekend the high times are in the afternoon

Everytime someone says that a new map is needed due to lack of roleplay I die a little inside. Has nobody learned from the past?!

If you want to improve roleplay then you should take it into your own hands, try to become appointed to a position where you can make decisions to promote roleplay.

Even still you can go smaller and play characters/professions that create roleplay for yourself and those who roleplay with you. Beggers or performers are always a start.

But since the War and Oren has had change in leaders since Petrus is in the middle of such towns, Though the distance is quite far, I just think a reduce in distance from one another would help, But that's just me :-D

What tnoy said. I'd also suggest finding a teacher ICly, or at least talking with others OOCly to make sure you are RP'ing the magic correctly.
