"Your Imperial Highness. Me name is Wolf Obsidio, Knight of Ager. I am here in partnership with Lord Throdo Therving and Count Niko Althred. I am here to talk to ye about the Training of yer soldiers. We have recently come into possession of a abandoned keep near Ager and I wish to convert it into a Military Academy for the soldiers of Oren. I have already received permission from Count Niko to commence construction. All I wish is to be assured that we will be the only academy for soldiers in Oren and to receive yer blessing. " Wolf bows again and awaits a answer from The Emperor.

Ser Wolf Obsidio reads the decree to the Bannermen in Ager. He finishes the letter and starts into his own lecture. "Men, as ye heard Arethor was attacked. However, the church was not the only thing attacked! The heart of Oren was hurt, Every noble in my memory was married or buried in that church. As such, by the power invested in me by Lord Throdo Therving, I declare any person under suspicion of Terrorism is to be brought in immediately and questioned! Also, ye are to keep an ear out for any rumors of terrorism! I will pay 500 Minas for any man who brings me accurate information on a terrorist act! Long live the Emperor! Long live the Empire!" The soldiers respond "Long live the Emperor!" and other forms of praise for The Holy Empire of Oren. Wolf walks back into the keep, satisfied with his work and returns to his paperwork.
