No you cant enforce any state of rp on someone when they're offline. its their choice
cant say theyre kidnapped when they're offline
cant say they arent allowed to RPly be in an area they're in when they're offline either
What a player's character is up to when hes offline is his choice (long as it makes sense in RP) and not for anyone, mods included, to decide.

@KentuckyFriedCreeper Nothing we do has any effect because when their characters die in combat they simply revive via monk mechanics and come back to bandit us the next day. Whack-a-mole effect.
We've been dealing with it in RP, but the only way to put any permanent stop to it is via rule enforcement.

What can I do to get some cannons? I'll even take the shitty early ones made out of welded iron hoops that you have to wad with clay and will probably blow themselves apart if it means I have a decent chance of broadsiding the **** out of a sea dragon.
