Do you feel you have a solid grasp on our lore and an understanding of the standards we have for applications? Of course. Why you want to be an AT member? I feel I can bring a lot to the table other than just being a new application team member that accepts applications. My first reason is that I simply enjoy reading applications, meaning I will most likely do many at a time just for the fun of it.. Secondly I am a very nice person when denying things, meaning I will still deny their application if it is not up to par, but I will let them down gently and encourage them to try again, and just practice. I feel this is needed because LoTC needs an experienced player base. We get that from new players, and if someone is told they are not good at writing, they will give up. I feel a proper A-team member should tell a new player that they may need extra practice and to recommend a good guide. I also believe new players should be told where to improve on their app, but not how to improve on their app, because they, as a good roleplayer, should know where to improve if they want to join. Once they have read the guides that I have suggested to them, and possibly improve upon some writing skills, they should become accepted onto the server. It is a A-Team's job to help guide the new players into a world of roleplay, and I plan on doing that. The last reason you should pick me is because I am not afraid to ask for a second opinion if needed, but I am very independent, so I will not bombard another A-team member every time a new application shows up.

Honestly it is nothing near an essay. It is 2-3 paragraphs for the account VA and like a paragraph for the Character VA. Most essays I do are 5 paragraphs. It's not difficult.
