The map seems like a "temp map" and people are treating it that way. That sucks, I agree. Putting 4.0 as a goal ahead sets the way for a lot of players to take a break and wait and a the newer ones to take liberties...
Its not even that. Its what people do to eachother. Look at us, no ones innocent of the way we treat others. But seriously, we need to get our ******* **** together. We're pushing away new members, and old ones are leaving because face it. LOTC is becoming TOXIC.
