  1. Jean is forced to follow the refugees as they make their way toward Kaphro. Kaphro becomes a ghost town as all of the peasants begin to leave.
  2. Jean is forced to pack his bags and head toward Alras after the unfortunate events. He takes only what he can carry, leaving the rest in his house, "'ave fun in your empty town. We still 'ave our family and friends!"
  3. I double posted on accident. My computer is bad. Can a forum mod remove this thread?))
  4. In the sleepy town of Kaphro, a fire emits into the sky. Smoke gushes forth in a torrent, and screams of crying children and grieving mothers are heard. After the rout of Lord Basileus, the town was garrisoned by Lord Rhys and his guard. The majority of the citizens left, but those that remained were forced to endure the vulgar threats and berates of his men. This story is told from the lips of Edwin, the village carpenter. After the fall of Kaphro, things were peaceful enough. Guards made us do things, but they didn't hurt us or anything of the sort. But several days ago, guards from the the city approached us. Edwin goes on about the battle between Sir Dain of Kaphro, the local hero and marshal, was accosted in the street by regular soldiers. They fought, and Dain suffered grievous wounds defending a small peasant boy. The boy escaped, but Sir Dain was not seen or heard from since then. It was assumed that he managed to escape, or he was captured. He then speaks of how Lord Rhys' men began calling the citizens heretics, proclaiming Orthodoxy a false faith. They filled the church with hay, which they set on fire. Most citizens retreated, fearing the wrath of Lord Rhys and his men. It is unsure what happened to those that stayed.

  6. I like pvp default. Some people are too edgy in rp fights.
  7. Jeffrey is not seen in weeks, and Jean presumes that he managed to escape. The strike ends.
  8. After running from court and hurting his best friend, Jean took to his basement for several days. The Empire wanted to hurt Jeffrey, the Half-Orc! Before becoming recluse, a young Elf named Meta spoke to him. He said it was not right to hold anger toward those not deserving of it, and Jean was quickly ashamed for holding a grudge against the Lord Basileus and his ward Lorina Carrion. Still, his neighbor was in danger, and there was only one thing he could do. You see Jean, a small and dirty boy, carrying a picket sign. A wizened, old carpenter sits on a fence next to him with his own sign.
  9. My feels for a new map that is not 4.0, and the fact that the server is down.
  10. Edward, the town beggar, shakes his head in dismay at the scene. He speaks, teeth broken from the fight, "They done went and attacked Lorina, the granddaughter of Emperor Siegmund. Ain't no respect fer people anymore. Not one lick. Common bandits they are! Their commander must not discipline them."
  11. This flier is address to the King. No one else.))
  12. LotC: The best server that you hate. You leave here in a ban basket, a ban magnet or end up becoming a trolly PvP addict that stopped caring.

Well it doesn't look like there is any progress at all

  13. I don't really consider myself a mm builder, but I still don't think it's a good idea to rely on texture packs. While it looks pretty for you, it isn't going to look good for 80% of other people. Kaldonia is the current Oren, so i'd take inspiration from what they have been building. A lot of it is pretty good.
  14. Thank you for rule 4. I am now going to make an Adunian child that throws daggers.
  15. Such a beautiful face...I vant to lick it!

  16. It's pretty good, but as someone who has been on the server to actually see the building I can point out problems not seen in the picture so well. The actual design of the keep and church is great, no problems. The texture needs working on. 1. The texturing on the road, as well as the walls, is awful. You're better of mixing it up more instead of making diagonal lines of stone brick with the cobblestone. You can't see it in the picture because of the texture pack, but I will post it in default so you can see it better. 2. The layout of the houses is boring, but more importantly you are going to run into problems if the amount of people living in the city exceeds the amount of houses. It is impossible to expand without destroying walls. You're better off making the houses more compact. This map is much smaller than Oren, and you need to make space count. You're not going to have as many micro villages, and people are going to be forced into going to this city because of that. Consider making the houses closer together. 3. Your texture pack makes this look better than it really is. Try building in default so you can actually see how plain it is. Edit: This picture is a bit old, but the only thing that has changed much is the design of the castle and church. My problem is mainly with the walls and the roads, which has not changed. Edit 2: You built next to a mountain. People can parkour over the walls because of that. It's a military flaw rply.
  17. Sancho packs his bags and makes his way toward the most prestigious house of Basileus. My day is over, so I will come in the morning.))
  18. Ohaider. You've stumbled across this post, I see.

  19. Sancho's address, Vekaro, is attached in addition to the flyer. I forgot to attach a verb to literary prowess, many apologies. It takes too long to fix.))
  20. Sabri stretches out on the eternal beach of the Jamaican-Strelts; a place welcome to all those who are not derps.
  21. In my long-winded career of whining, complaining, guiding, and making suggestion threads on the forums, I learned that Forum posts do not accomplish anything. Never. In the history of ever. If you want something fixed, you have to do it in game. Or get a bunch of people to complain with you. Which is rude.
