      Takes away the spirit of Krugmas. It is about giving and recieving gifts not about getting prizes for doing well on giving gifts. I suggest you just throw in the prizes randomly for participating.

      It's one thing to bully someone, but then it's even worse to call it a joke, and use that as an excuse before telling them to shrug it off. Not everyone can do that. If you're going to insult someone, lie, or generally bully someone- you can't expect the victim to laugh with you. I wouldn't expect that of anyone.
