    what's the craziest encounter you've had with a new player

      I once had an interesting conversation with a new player who was convinced there was nothing that could be done to limit powergaming with magic, and that it should just be allowed. He'd been on the server for maybe an hour, had no idea how the LoTC system worked, had never seen any magic rp, and when I told him about how spells had defined limits and redlines his argument shifted to 'well I've been banned on plenty of servers anyway' and 'magic sounds lame and artificially limited so I'm going to ignore those limits'.

       

      I mean, yeah, powergaming still happens sometimes, but I feel like the current system is the best we've had in terms of limiting that.

       

      This was only a few months ago. Wonder what ended up happening to him.

    Is the server available on the bedrock platform? Please say yes, because I'll be at a loss otherwise.

      They'll be bundling bedrock with java soon, meaning if you own one version you should own both, but you'll still need a PC to play rather than your phone.

    I keep getting a 'Manage attachments to free up space' popup, is there any way to actually delete said attachment? The file in question is a screenshot I uploaded to my original server application in 2013, and I can't seem to delete it myself. I just don't want to see the pop-up anymore.

      @rukio Thank you! I tried it, but I don't actually seem to be able to edit the post (probably because it's from 2013). Is there any way to allow me to edit it, or to have someone do it for me?

      Oh, I know - I'm not planning to actually upload anything to this site directly. It's just annoying to see the space full notification every time (since I didn't know that in 2013).
