    I feel like, of all the stereotypical edgy characters of LotC, frost witches are the only ones that are really heavily based on negative stereotypes of one group of people. Men are a primal beast that just want to **** and they will do that even with random blue creatures. And then if the male rps in any other way, you get that passive aggressive ooc about meta and ****.

    I dunno. I guess I just see frost witches as being pretty uninspired villains.

      tricking =/= seduction, few of us use seduction. you said seduction was the issue, because it was sexist. none of us whine when a dude character isn't drooling over ours, we whine cause of the meta we get on the low-low. 

       

      frosties aren't based off a single stereotype, they're based on a ton of lore of creatures that trick people to overcome weakness.

       

      the basis of these characters doesn't come from not-so-good stereotypes. it comes from folklore like wendigo's and other creatures that eat people and trick them. frost witches are all female because the vast majority of the server is male dominated. the eating men thing is a quirk, and i think it's interesting.

       

      calling my character an edgy cannibal and implying that the villain rp of a whole group is stale and sexist is kinda rude

      they're not a bunch of edgy cannibals without seduction? begging the question is a logical fallacy

      the seduction is not the most interesting part of their character? i played one of these, and the most interesting part is the mental development from person to monster and how they deal with that

      why you gotta **** down my throat for playing an ice woman, man? i don't understand it. you preached empathy for an hour and a half at me in ooh chat and now you're not using it at all. blatantly telling me my character is an edgy cannibal is not kind, i don't even know what your goal was here, space. calling out a group publicly you don't like because they rp in a way you don't like?

      I enjoy playing my (not so) frosty witch, and she never seduced anyone
      But I understand the edgemeister hatred
      Though, in like, all common lore, there's always some sort of seductress creature
      But Witches are closer to Wendigos

    idk who would run it, but there is this great island near Haelun'or which would be good for a sailing high elf/elf settlement. Really great for a settlement of sailor high elves near Haelun'or. Too bad idk who would be interested in running it. A Fi'Ceru like Haelun'or's second city in 2.0. I just hrrng... I wish there was someone out there who would want to make a group of high elves and maybe inhabit it with others I've found who like the idea. PM me if you think it might be cool? IDK.

    Why not temporarily turn all biomes into a snowy one and toggle rain so it's always snowing? It'd be a nice MC representation for the ash.
