    I like what you've done and its obvious that you've put a lot of time and effort into this if the mods accept this I think It will add more excitement to learning and using magic. I think it will also add more of a following and separated group feel to magic that we don't have now which is both good and bad for different reasons. +1

    I Don 't think that The Donor Den was or ever is going to be applied as I have nether seen or heard of it. As For the best perks all of the perks are pretty good but obviously the more you donate the better perks you get. Finally a town pillar is a pillar in a town/city that controls who can build and open chests and such in specific regions. If you were referring to personal pillars I don't think that they have or will be applied although I could be wrong. I Hope this answered all of your questions. :)
