  fallout 4 spoilers were posted directly on the forums, an LOTC medium, with the express purpose to ruin the game's story for people.
  people with weird fetishes mostly keep that **** to themselves. they're not going out with the express purpose to ruin someone's day.
  So yes, theres a very obvious difference here. Beastiality IS banned on the server when its done on a server medium.
