Staff needs to purge a lot of players from this server. Too many nasty, toxic and petty people here who ruin it for the majority.

The word toxic is overused. Everyone and their mother uses it to describe who they don't like. Who these people would be, depends on who you ask. I've seen entire groups accuse one another of that.
Maybe it would be best to at some points admit one's fault.
In retroperspective I've only seen 2 situations where toxicity didn't come from both sides.
