    Would it be a waste to make an Art shop now? 5.0 being close and money swipe on the horizon. 

    On the other hand I could use the minas to order a **** ton of skins, but other skinners might not want commissions for minas due to the reason above.

      In terms of mina retainment I'd hold off, they always wipe minas.
