Captain Ruthern lowers his head when he heard the news, "One GOD, One Empire, One Emperor." He mutters the words he had a thousands times before. "Let his Imperial Majesty rest in peace, he's done more than most will ever know."

Erik Ruthern recalls being sent to Helena all those years ago to look after Irene when she was to be married. He had read the report and statement put out by the Empire. "Didn't know you had it in you," The Captain lets out a sigh before retiring to his bedroom.

Captain Ruthern sighs as he sets his sword aside, "Im grateful this war ended without more bloodshed. The Empire remains strong!"

Captain Ruthern watches the flames rise, "They realized they couldn't win this fight."

Captain Ruthern nods his head as he reads over the Lt Colonels words, "Now is the time to serve and fight for the Empire."

Captain Ruthern cleans his armor following the victory, "Today we crushed their little rebel army in the field of battle. The Empire is not weak, Oren shall not falter."

"No justification, no heart, this is a rebellion out of selfishness and greed." Captain Ruthern shakes his head as the news.

Captain Ruthern nods his head as he reads the testimony, "He is braver than most of the rebels."

"Even the Mercatorii wouldn't dare go to their level," Captain Ruthern comments as he reads the statement.

Captain Ruthern cleans his armor after nearly a full month of fighting the so called ‘Goats’. “I doubt this little revolt is going how they expected.”

Captain Ruthern shakes his head, "How brave of them to swim away after talking so much about their skills to a new recruit."

Captain Ruthern exits the cells where the child was held, "That poor lad, his family didn't even try to rescue him. Left him in the cells while they ran around in their bloodlust."

"Oren will not allow tolerate these trouble makers." Captain Ruthern comments as he sits in his office at the Bastion, reading over the imperial order.

Captain Ruthern nods in approval of the proclamation, "Law and order must be up held."

FIRST BRIGADE REFORMS The First Brigade stands as the backbone of the ISA. Every new recruit or cadet at one point or another has passed through the First after they complete training. With its role as the Infantry, it is one of the largest and most crucial Brigades in the ISA. However, after years of stagnation with no major reforms or changes Captain Erik var Ruthern sees fit to enact changes to the Brigade. Creation of the 1st Brigade Grenadiers For years the Imperial State Army has gone without its elite grenadiers. With a lack of organization and purpose they’ve fallen into obscurity. Because of this Captain Erik var Ruthern has seen fit to reorganize the grenadiers into the 1st Brigade. Available for Private specialist and up, soldiers will be able to specialize in Grenadier training and serve as elite infantry on the battlefield. They’ll be specially equipped with new innovation from the 5th Brigade. With the creation of Grenadiers a new billet is needed, the position of Grenademaster will be added to the ranks of the 1st. Grenadier specialization will be offered starting at Private specialist in the 1st Brigade The billet of Grenademaster will be created to oversee training and command of Grenadiers Houndmaster In order to provide assistance in tracking and chasing down enemies, a Houndmaster will be appointed to train and care for the Hounds of the 1st Brigade.
