Anyone know how to solve my issue of skyrim closing randomly when I play?... read somewhere it doesn't process over 2 GB's of RAM

It does process over 2GB if you're using the Remastered version. In normal Skyrim it doesn't, but you're not gonna be using over 2GB of RAM unless you have Open Cities and an insane amount of other mods running at the same time. You could probably check your ram usage, there are some performance monitors on the Nexus.
