It is very unlikely and unrealistic that such a young child would have the capability to survive and fend for themselves. Your character cannot have magical abilities nor are there any that would give a dark elf cat ears and a tail. There is no such creature as a Mif'wa on LotC. Your skin is not appropriate for the server. The clothing is too modern for the medieval era that the server is set within. Dark elves have dark skin and if you are saying your character was born with blue hair, this is not natural for a dark elf. Look at the link below for an idea of the appearance of a dark elf.
