  3. Utayr Bin Amr Al-Hamad wpuld read the document as he stroked his beard, glancing to his son whom he had been carefully teaching of his way of life before looking to the paper. Before muttering to himself "The Al-Orani hold little respect toward our people, and often harassed the women of our tribe because they covered up out of modesty.. it is hard for me to feel sympathy for them." He then turned to his son before saying "This war, is not our place to enter, but.. I shall show you these two peoples, and you can see their ways and understand why we have ours." @Chrisoulis777

His first and last encounter with them and attempt to enter. "Guess it was for the best, told me I can't enter over a random lie and accused me of a crime. Now I hear they skin their own race to hide from a fight. Im lucky I was just told to leave it seems, perhaps they would have eaten my fingers for a crime I had not commited." He sighed wondering what has become of the world as he then kicked his feet back to watch his men trying to have a drinking competition

Signed by Captain Richard Naric of the Cauldron Company. Signed Minto, 7th Sovereign of the Depths, Sovereign State of Talon's Port.
  14. Utayr would read the paper and then mutter "I learned to read...yet I still dont understand **** about anything on this paper..."
  15. The Cauldron Company “Brotherhood starts around a hot cauldron that feeds brave hearts.” - A Cauldron company men saying Ah Almaris, Like all things, it starts with humble beginnings, this is no exemption to the many descendants that spread across the old brown paper map. It has started as a simple band of comrades, simple peasants, living in a world of many wars, conflict, distrust and raids, wanting to make a name for themselves besides the small farm hands, bakers, carpenters that they grew into. Though seeking a glory and not under a banner of nation that worked for its own self interest, but a banner of the self interest of its own comrades, A fight for gold, glory, adventure and content of life, the Cauldron company started with just that, men around a campfire’s cauldron making a dish for themselves while wanting to escape their normal lives, and gain a reputation as skilled warriors and tradesmen, its quality, skill, and bravery that will one day make it well known and well sought after by those with decent coin, or crown. They work under a man they simply call ‘The Master Chief’ which they bring job offers and he sends his captain(s) to go and carry out the hired job, Jobs ranging from a few types of contracts, may it be defense, Attack, escort, VIP protection, to even simple Humanitarian aid. The Company works and does what it needs to do, to keep the Cauldron’s full of hot foods to live on! The more they grow in strength and wealth, the better equipped and trained they will become over time with experience! Ranks: The Master Chief Leader of the Company, who remains anonymous in which only a captain would give contracts for them to accept and send their Cauldroniers to do. Captain A high officer who takes his orders from the Master chief, doing contracts and speaking on behalf of the Master chief, leads the men into contracts and other such things! Sergeant An officer who is responsible to help the captain give out orders, and to help train peasants or recruits into the bulk of the company, the footmen. Footmen A proud Cauldronier who works for the company, they hold some skill and experience under their belts, the most common to see among the Cauldroniers, Always ready to get to work in a moment's notice upon the calling of an officer! It is not uncommon to find these men relaxing by a cauldron singing folk tales or Company songs! Recruit Fresh Ingredients to be cooked and trained into a true Cauldronier, who has yet to prove themselves to join such a brotherhood! Rules: You can not disobey orders of your captain or higher officers, doing such, can lead to a court martial which can lead to removal from the company or physical punishment or death depending on the severity. Claiming a contract for the Company without the consent of the Master chief through his captain(s) can result in removal from the company or physical punishment. Disrespecting an officer can lead to removal of the company or physical punishment upon three warnings and a court martial, such would be passed down by the master chief or through a captain chosen by the master chief. The Cauldron company is a brotherhood, betraying or fighting against the company will not be tolerated and a court martial can take place. All members of the Company MUST respect all local authority where they are contracted or within, Crime will not be tolerated as it not only harms the company but your brothers and sisters, The orders of your Master Chief may allow some disobedience if it is apart of the contract though this is a rare occurrence and can only be confirmed through a captain. Sharing your food with your fellow Cauldroniers is required, We all sit around the cauldron and no brother or sister will go hungry while the rest is full. Respect all faiths, We are not a Holy order, You're expected to give respect to local religions and such, we give respect and we demand respect in turn. The members of the company are your brothers and sisters, you may not give ill words or racism toward one another with hostile intent, it can lead to punishment, though friendly banter is allowed so long as it is done with a form of respect. Captain and the Master chief’s words are final! Show respect to your officers and comrades and do not speak out of turn during a contract or in front of potential contractors, this weakens the image of the company and will result in punishment. Wearing your Uniform during contracts and missions or training is required. Common wording to members of the company would be: Comrade, Cauldronier, Sir, Ma’am, or Rank. [To join this fresh new Mercenary company contact ibraheemc2000 or ibraheemcninja#8537]

  21. Utayr could not read, but once he was told he shrugged "We didn't attack any canonist, We have been defending the desert territory of ours. So if they want to scream about some random people, let them, It is like claiming the Moonfaced men of Al-Haensi, did something that the people of Al-Orani did, Let them squeel, If they want to claim these things, their tongues are but proven like the sands on the dunes, changing to what ever fits their pockets!" he said laughing as he then went to chug a mighty swig from a jug, him and his comrades celebrating his recent carpentry job finished
