Philip III is def up there. Some might argue that he is an antagonist, but on lotc stories aren't written from a single perspective so a character one player views as an antagonist may be another player's protagonist.

Depends on how unique the injury is and if the person you are healing is being chill. If you’re healing the same basic wound over and over again it can get pretty boring, but when you get something interesting it can become really entertaining, especially if it challenges your character and you in figuring out how to treat it. It also becomes annoying when you are treating someone who doesn’t cooperate OOCly. I used to see situations where someone would get an injury and want a serious scar from it to show off so they emote the wound being really serious, then they end up getting mad at a Medic OOCly because they can’t heal it(because of character skill or tech lock) or because their character is going to be left in crutches for a few irl days or something.

Every elven player says their characters can sleek elven on their bio/carrds then only know like 3 words

I mean I've always imagined it to be like the Aethernet in ff14 but I've never done emotes around out.

Sirens already exist as Event Creatures so I feel you'd really need to make it different from them for it to be good.

I think it would be much cooler to instead make it almost like a curse, like people with the CA could live outside of water, but would have to be in water every X days and when not in water their skin is dry and they have a drive to find water, Possibly have them have permanent gills and a "fish-like face" to avoid them form being "beautiful creatures" because honestly having a weird CA that is beautiful will lead to some RP that does not need to be on the server. I can't think of any positive things that could be done for them that aren't already done though. 

You also have the possibility of doing a Murloc-like CA which could also be really interesting due to the lack of intelligence.

Short answer, No. As long as your goals don’t require a extreme amount of play time then you can roleplay however much you wish.

The only time I’d say that a lack of time would be a serious issue would be if you are trying to play a person of power or importance just because of the amount of time you have in invest into the server. It could also make learning Magic difficult if you don’t have enough time to interact with teachers.

If you end up coming back it’d probably be best to play an elf(or basically anything other than a human) for the long life due to your lack of time to RP regularly.
