The Second Orenian Tournament is nearly here!

WHERE:
 
Duchy of Northal, south of Castle Vekon.

WHEN:
 
15th of February.
 
3PM EST --- 8PM GMT --- 12PM PST

EVENTS:
 
Jousting Tournament
 
Mount your horse and register before the tourney to enter the lists the day of!
 
Two mounted men will be assigned to opposing sides. At this time, they may ask for a lady's favors. When both contestants are ready, they will take positions. When the signal is given, they will gallop forward, attempting to strike their opponent with their lance.
 
[[ "/roll 5" will be used once each contestant has finished their gallop to the end of their side. If you roll a 1-2, you hit nothing. If you roll a 3-4, you strike your opponent and gain a point. If you roll a 5, you hit your opponent and knock him off his horse, gaining three points. ]]
 

• 1st Prize - Dubbed 'Champion of the Joust' and receives 500 minas.
• 2nd Prize - Runner-up prize of 400 minas.

 
Archery Contest
 
Archers will have the ability to take turns standing on the archer's balcony and firing at the targets mounted over the woods due south. Each arrow that is fired and misses a target makes you lose a point. Each arrow that is fired that strikes the target and makes it light up makes you gain a point.
 

• 1st Prize - Dubbed 'Master Archer' and receives 500 minas.
• 2nd Prize - Runner-up prize of 400 minas.

The Grand Clash
 
Each military organization will send five of their best warriors to represent the group that they belong to. Having two factions fight each other at a time, this event will progress until only two groups remain. Whichever group wins will hold bragging rights, and those five men will be called upon by the Lord Marshal to perform special tasks within times of war.

The Melee Arena
 
An utter free-for-all, contestants will rally in the center of the Tournament Area, and battle it out till one man stands. Anything goes, as long as no teams are formed during this event. The first stage ends when only two men remain, in which the second stage will begin.  
Once rested, the two remaining warriors will meet in a duel.

Vectis lets a chuckle rumble from him as he shakes his head, a smirk perched on his lips.

"Well, dear, a good, chivalrous knight may take the opportunity before battle or in a tournament to ask for a lady's favor. This can be a scarf, a veil, or a sleeve. By asking such a thing, this knight pledges to fight for her honor. It's all part of the sport of such an honorable pastime."

He returns to organizing the feast for the event's conclusion.

Meanwhile, a weird looking dark elf with blood red hair stares at Daniella. She's unable to say anything to her, for fear of something, but she grimaces slightly, knowing her mother's...orientation...

 

"Anything...that moves..." She mutters, staring at the poster.
