I actually made a post ine the topic  OOC Permission in feedback where I outlined somewhat large idea for a new war dec set up... And, I see some of the ideas used here which is nice to see.

 

Though..the varied raid cap could use some work..like the ten man cap shouldn't mean that a group of people from some military order could go out and do a ten man raid on a whim someones random house with 10 people. It needs a few limits placed like the target needs to be of value to a nation militarily and such.

As for intervals between raids, do the old rules still apply (that being 3-4 days in between raids)? If so, I feel it should be shortened to one raid every day, or perhaps every two days.

Horses, will we be allowed to take them, as no horse lover would leave their best friend, would we be able to keep atleast 3?

Why is there a 4 man raid max instead of 5?
