A Guildhouse For The Taking

Hidden off the Anthos Highway is a small guildhouse overlooking a silent, still pond fed by a burbling brook. If one were to approach the Guildhouse, they would find it labelled "The Anthos Fisherman Guild". You may find this odd, likely having never heard of such a Guild. Being curious, you walk inside and look around.

 

The fire is stoked and burning, the tables are laid with cutlery and plates, and a pot of cocoa lays gently steaming on the mantelpiece. It is as if the entire Guild just up and left mysteriously moments before.

 

Shaking your head, you walk outside onto the path, throwing one final look behind you. You stop. The house is empty and dark, the windows broken and cobwebs spanning the doorway. The signs are broken and laying on the floor, too blurred and worn to decipher what may have once been written upon them.

 

How odd, you think to yourself.

The Anthosian Fisherman's Guild has been empty for months. I've ruined it a little and made it look decrepit. If any guild wants it, leave a message here and ill give you permissions to it. You need to be welcoming to players and reasonably active. You're welcome to fix it up, but please don't leave it to rot again for months!

If you were to visit the house again, you would notice that it has been renovated, the inside fitted with a number of beds and amenities that you would expect to find in a home. A number of toys and games are scattered around on the floor and in the chests. It seems that the guildhouse has chosen its newest residents...
