A developer is essentially a GM minus the moderation and powers. We still have some power/input in decisions, and are generally trusted to do our own thing to improve the server in any way we can. Shiftnative is fantastic at making maps, so that's what he does. I love making dungeons, puzzles and handling game mechanics so I like trying to do them. Allen is fantastic at lore and magic, but I am not entirely sure what he's focusing on.

Correction Update

 

We are no longer interviewing Tsuyose for the next staff tonight. Instead we will interview Danny instead. This decision is made off the desire of the community to know more about Admins and GMs. Once all of the staff members in those teams are done, we will start interviewing other members of staff.

What does the "staff" in "staff tonight" entail? Does this mean the staff (GMs + admins) or "staff" (all the other positions)?

Staff means all players holding a position in some team of Lord of the Craft, be it application team, lore team, GM team or other. However, we have judged that it would be best to interview the GMs and Admins first.

It's the poor quality content like this that pushed me to leave to begin with.

Sure, it's "The First of Many!" but really, you could of at least cut Rhia's answers, and edit the questions being re-asked. Honestly, the questions were stuttered, and very awkward. If this is the first of many, I'm not looking to see anymore, frankly. Unless if the next ones quality greatly improves, you've lost me.

 

 

It's not hard to make quality content, it just takes time. You can say "Well, they're not being payed, they don't need too!" You're certainly right! But we bloody made an application, and we all said "I wanna give back to the server!", so nah. I don't care if they, or myself weren't paid. We knew this, and we still wished to join. The quality of our content displays the servers quality.
