Eoin laughs.

Quinlan gives Eoin a bewildered look.

"Wait wot. Cousin'? who're ye?. 'OW MANY FOCKIN' RELATIVES AM I NAE TOLD ABOUT 'DESE DAYS."

Eoin looks insulted, holding his pipe away from his mouth for once.

Kayrin Earendil arrived early, and chose his place in the back long before any of the others. He stayed quiet, and cloaked, not particularly wanting to be noticed. Three others accompany him, two dressed in armor and also cloaked, all quiet, and all content with watching at his orders. One is a slight figure, but quite alert. The second is another small figure, standing with Kayrin directly at his right. The final is strong and stands in a military stance. The first and last stand in front of the other two, almost protectively. Kayrin himself leans against the back wall, content to watch the proceedings. He says nothing as he is insulted, and still nothing as ideas continue to be passed around.

Bella, being a new Adunian is not sure what to say. She decides to keep her head down and keep her eyes on the Aru-Earendil to make sure no one attempts to harm him.

Arial sways idly, standing quietly next to Kaydrin. She watches everyone with curiosity, some fabric with the colors of Brae on her bag. She stays just as silent as Kaydrin, but still very interested in the idle conversation of the Adunians.

Jon looks at the newcomer noting his appearance and speech before speaking.

"Aye, I do see da' benefits of ya' plan, and it beh exactly da' reason we gathered 'ere today. Adunians are divided between da' Humans, Dwarves, and 'dose who wanda' in between. Though it beh not meh decision fer all 'ere, I would kindly deny it. A few of da' Adunians be Lucien and need ta' be close to d'ere bases and da' front while others like meh'self need ta' be in Valles.

Unfortunately, I have nay seen our Urguan brotha's fer I wished ta' speak wit' 'ehm personally. Da' plan would beh ta' settle togetha' for a time" ((Until 4.0 or the transition maps which are around a month away where we will build an actual settlement in 4.0 should this work.))

Finally Kayrin steps forward, pulling back his hood as he begins to speak.

"I can understand the purpose of this meeting, and I can understand that this is an important meeting to have, however you have not covered the important topics that should be presented.

"For example, what exactly is being proposed here? Directly I speak to you who have gathered us all here. Where would be? What land do you propose we settle? Will we be subject to another group or independent? Who will rule, and what will the laws be?

"Another important question is posed here. Many remember the Adunia of the rebellious ages, but few remember the olden day Adunia. There were no clans, and there were no kilts, and there was little of anything else. Even I do not remember Ildon, though I have read my father's words regarding it, and some older members of the family have spoken of it to me. Which culture would we truly be following? It is for this reason that I also ask this, that those who have followed and continue to follow me in Urguan choose to follow the early days of Adunia, more than the later days."

"I believe I speak well for my followers that there are issues that we discovered during the split that cannot be mended. It is the reason for the split. If you cannot find a suitable compromise, as I was unable to do, then this meeting is for nothing."

Vaerus Irongut, or rather Douglas for this occasion, enters into the meeting.  He would take a seat casually, listening to what they have to say.

*Domnall lowers his pipe, reading the letter. His eyes widen when he discovers it's contents.*

"N-no, no...they do think I am dead, after all... Not a good idea."

*He lays the letter in his fire, and goes back to smoking with a troubled mind.*

Vincent doesn't understand these big words either, so he tries to cover it up (again). "If ye' nae' an' Adunian, feck off! Or meybey stop usin' such long words!"

-snip-

"Eh... maybeh', but tha's nae' realleh' part o' the discussion, is it?"

Vincent Lucido Marsh spits on the ground near Kayrin's feet. "Ah' will wear mah' kilt wif' proide, and respect ta' tha' days gone by. As' fah' who we'll be undah', tha's up fah' discussion. If ye'd arroived a bit earliah', ye'd 'ave 'eard wot ah' 'ad ta' say. And' fah' cultah,' ah'd nae' be followin' th' doomed Dorfs if ah' were you. They're a dead race, and if ah' wah' ye, ah'd leave while ah' still could."

(( No offence oocly, of course. Oh, and you made three posts of the same thing :P ))

An Adunian would step forward as Kayrin finished, his identity concealed by a cloak.

"You preach of the early days of Adunia, Kayrin, yet you bring forth Ildon as your argument? You truly are delusional, naught but a Hightower in the garb of Harren. In Ildon, we were subject to the rule of the Horens, those whom would have seen our faith and culture destroyed in finality. Brae whispered poison into Torrhen's ear and many began to despise us. What of Al'Ildic? The olden days where our people prospered in Aegis; free of outside rule? You would have us kiss the feet of the Grand King whilst you hold power in abhorrent tyranny over 'your' people. Kayrin Hightower, you can claim Adunian blood, but you are not one of us, you are a puppet, a fool; A wolf in sheep's clothing!"

Eoin Campbell nods to all being said after his moment of confusion with his cousin, he dips the ashes from his pipe and loads a new bowl. Taking a puff he closes his eyes and breathes carefully, looking about the room.

"Eh' 'ave ah propersition tah announce, beh first.."

He nods his head to Kayrin, then to Othaman.

"We sit an' argue aboot pe'y disagreemen's, 'ooh is true 'dunian, yu wear kilt, eh du not. Yu speak loike erener, eh speak loike dwarf. BAH! Nae, ye focus on idiotic trivalties. T'is 'dunian blood t'at mus' unite us. Nae beliefs, nae religion, nae clothes. Eh woul' loike us tah put nae onleh our differences, but our clan disputes aside fer tah rem'ainer uv tah meetin'. Tah firs' tru ma'er uv business should be, can ye e'en bring yourselves tah git along long 'nuff fer us tah rebuild our gloreh?"

He takes another puff of his greens, breathing out.heavily.

"Eh can see all uv ye mae nae wan' tah listen tah some smoke puffin' kilt wearin' Campbell, but eh would loike tah say as well. If we du proceed wit' tha plan fer council, eh propose that th' 'un to sit at th' 'ead uv said council nae be Othaman, fer ye are too much a man uv power in Oren, an' as ye said yerself such power may be used tah swing thin's in yer faver. Neither do eh think nu descendant uv Elendil shul' sit as our lea'er again! Too maneh times 'as teh ancestors uv elendil set us astray! Eh woul' onleh consi'er Othaman as eh viable lea'er, shoul' th' clan provide someone clearly unbiased by orenian persuasions."

He scratches his beard deep in thought.

"Unless per'aps, th' oreners, King Carrion 'imself, order th' lands uv 'dunia an independent vassal uv th' kingdom. Wit' a completely separate government, 'owevah still loyal tah th' orenian king. Eh woul' suggest Urguan, beh we all knuw uv wut allies they associate wit' aye?"
