Lark 2227 Share Posted February 27, 2014 Within the forests that touch the edges of Lenniel, a short figure clad in grey robes sits in a nest of damp branches of morning rains, two pupiless eyes, glowing an dull yellow fall upon Demones Manor for a moment, giggling as it seems to recall an event. "This entire region smells of devil.." The figure pauses its musings hearing the snap of a twig on the forest floor and casually glances over its shoulder. A small squirrel freezes in its tracks, an acorn in hand as the figure's gaze sets upon the simple rodent. The figure's face contorts from one of amusement to one of anger. With a few mumbled words and a flick of a hand hidden under the robes, the squirrel trembles and explodes in a bit of fur, bones, and guts. The figure cackles at the sight and turns back to Lenniel, its thoughts undisturbed. "I may just have to tear this place apart to get his attention if he is so keen on seeking me out..." The figure breaks into another fit of giggling, thinking out loud. "As if that whelp could capture me. Ohoho! The thought simply cracks me up." The figure stops speaking as it hears a few travelers coming up the road and he shushes himself, watching them pass by under his tree with malice in his eyes. "If my time is limited here..I may as well have a bit of...fun!" The figure's insane laughter echoes throughout the forest, sending a few creatures scurrying out and the elven travelers hurrying their pace. "Here comes Crooked!
