Were you inside the walls of the High Elven settlement Tahn'siol, you would notice numerous large posters emblazoned with gold and red text. As you are likely a high elf, your curiosity takes hold, and you slowly begin to examine the bombastic words. It reads as thus--

Beware, good citizens and denizens, of the greatest magical threat to these walls...

THE ILLUSIONIST

The illusionist is a slippery, and naturally untrustworthy individual, who contorts the minds of others for their own whims and amusement.

Upon this elven day, a band of impure vagrants entered the cihi using this vile magic, and murdered one of our pure citizens in cold blood. They are a plague upon civilised society, and must be removed at all costs!

This citizen beseeches our wise Triumvirate to bequeath these foul magics, and ban their use within our city. Furthermore, this citizen demands that any and all illusionist citizens/denizens give up their distasteful "art," and practice magic that would see the continuance and advancement of our venerated society.

Illusion is nothing but the tool of grasping tricksters, whom work only for their personal gain.

Maehr'sae hiylun'ehya!

"I am glad that someone finally is in agreement on the Uradir situation" Iat is clearly oblivious to what actually transpired that elven day.

Shortly afterwards a note appears underneath it.

"Concerned citizen,

The only way that we can solve this problem effectively is by coming to a member of the Triumvirate.

Please do so, then this nonsense can be resolved.

- Lelien Lazul"

Goroth frowns slightly, shaking his head and speaking aloud.

"Instead of shunning illusion, should we not teach those of the the enclave to recognise an illusion?"

"A good illusionist will never get caught."

Kalameet suddenly speaks aloud, he continues to blink. He narrows his eyes.

"Why did I say that?"

Dwyn passes by the poster on his way to Sathoro's home in the Mali'ker quarter. He stops- pulling on his Daughter's hand lightly before she wanders off.

"..Yaehahn, stay close to me." Dwyn says softly, his eyes dragging over the post one last time before the Mali'ame continues on, keeping a wary eye on those that pass by them.

Lin'tahu speaks up "Perhaps rather than persecuting the entire branch of Illusionist magic, perhaps we would be better served in hunting down any mages who would seek to do us harm, on the basis of threat rather than the type of magic they use?"

Valmuel goes by the gate, looking through the iron bars and at the poster. She muses for a bit.

"Deploy the Elibar'acals."
