A Call To Aid, A Call To Arms

*A scrappy copy of a document, torn from the walls of some hall somewhere, is mounted upon this poster.*

The pure Mali’ker is the only Mali’ker that will be permitted to live with the others. From this day forth, those deemed impure and dangerous will be put down to ensure the development of the pure.

Status of Purity

I. A child born into a family of pure Mali’ker is pure by birth.

II. Any Mali’ker who pass the trials to be determined by the Council will be of honorary purity, thus pure.

Impure Acts

I. Concerning acts of an intimate nature.

i. A Mali’ker that beds with a member of a race non-Mali or outlined as Mali’valah by the council, will be considered impure.

ii. The Mali’ker child born from a couple which isn’t made up of pure Mali’ker, will be considered impure.

II. Concerning respect for the ancestors.

i. A Mali’ker that disgraces their ancestors, will be considered impure.

ii. A Mali’ker that follows a religion that glorifies something or someone other than the ancestors, will be considered impure.

III. A Mali’ker submitting oneself to the non-mali or Mali’valah, will be considered impure.

a. This includes any form of servitude, military or domestic.

IV. A Mali’ker performing acts of necromancy upon the corpse or remnants of a deceased pure Mali, will be considered impure.

V. A Mali’ker judged by trial to have committed a crime worthy of banishment, will be considered impure.

Trials of Purity

Certain circumstances will permit a Mali’ker to commence a series of trials to regain their status of purity. These trials will be of increasing difficulty and penalty, as the reason for impurity increases. The trials may only be passed upon the first instance of impure behaviour. Any who behave in such a way that it is impure a second time will not be permitted to repass the trials.

Addenum

The Council of the Mali’ker considers the following, Mali’valah.

Elves following the rule of a non-mali.

Elves that are or have been gratuitously violent against other Mali.

Impure High Elves.

"It has begun, brothers and sisters of the Fringe. The Mali'ker, cooped up in their Mountain fortress, have decided to declare war on those who decided to repent from their pagan rule. They act as an elven equivalent of the White Rose of Old, stealing their ideas and using them in almost parodic act of cult religious extremism. They want to execute "Mali'valah", the elves that have seen the true ways of life, so their disgusting cults may reign supreme over the sons of Malin.

I have posted this here to send a letter to the nations of the Fringe in assistance for halting the monstrosities about to take place.

To the sons of Horen in all walks of life, and specifically to the kingdom of Oren:

"

This act has wronged your true god by executing those who do not partake in ancestral worship. The few elves who have seen the creator's light and followed it, including I, are now taken in a manhunt. I urge the kingdom of Oren to assist us in the fight to save innocent worshippers of Godanistan."

To all virtuous Elves, the Conclave of Malin, and other forces:

"Do not sit back as your kin are murdered, my brethren! Was it not the old tyranny of the High Council of 'Malinor' that let the Rose Genocides take place? Are we to sit limp as murderers, varsele of Conclave lands, worshippers of cult gods run amok, citing the purity of our race as an excuse for their sport murder sprees? I beg the Conclave, and all willing and able to fight for what is good, to rise up against this tyranny and bloodlust."

To the brave warriors of Urguan and Alras:

"I have seen free Mali walk among your grand cities. They are members of your society, loved as friends, brothers and sisters, spouses, by your people. And yet, the actions of mad cultists now threaten their lives and endanger their freedom once more. Will you allow this to stand, or will you fight alongside Anthos for the freedom of the elven kind?"

"Who said anything about killing…?"

Goroth frowns, shaking his head,

"However, this is the gratuitous violence that is referred to in the document… random warring against those that seem in a better position than others."

If Goroth could speak to Kowaman, he would say...

"Oh sir, but you see, it is the dangerous, not only the impure~ The impure can always become pure once more as stated in the second damned point of the Purity Status!"

Oh, but the dark elf cannot.

Toriel regards the poster. 'In the time they spent writing this they could have probably done the trials and been declared pure' she thinks to herself. Alas, some people do not think logically.

She stops, though, and considers the original Mali'ker poster again. 'Necromancy against pure Mali is forbidden... only pure Mali? That's a little worrying.' she thinks.

Drez also thinks to himself, in contemplation "Well, that certainly needs to change. Although valah do not likely have souls to bind in slavery, there surely must be restraints on how far you must push knowledge. Likely a misunderstanding" Drez would make his way to speak to these law writers

Goroth tilts his head at his own document,

"Oh look at that, I mis-wrote something!"

Runs off to fix it.

Drez stares down Goroth after informing him of this. His eyes narrow onto him, staring for a long moment

"It's just like humanistic elves to act in such a primitive manner, is it not? The chaotic elf-pretenders will always be the thorn in Malin's children's side, yes? These complainers. . .they're likely whorish mali who have an uncanny taste for flesh, like all those who lost veneration to the whims of order and peace. The ones who deter the name of our people, spoil our bloodlines, eat our children, and sleep with valah"

Drez says, breaking the silence

"It is obvious that you do not want what is right. You are deranged and seek only blood and more blood based on writings that are still being formulated. Instead of your lunacy perhaps you might talk with them?"

((Seriously I don't want to drag OOC into this but can you not start another god damn war.HONESTLY. The dark elves are trying to create RP for themselves that isn't war based and it is things like this that say "it's RP" No. It's quite obvious that you are trying to have another PvP fest based on very very little RP. Choose another path because the whole war scenario is so goddamn boring. We literally ended a war a day ago. This is getting ridiculous and I don't believe the dark elves should accept this. "Deal with it in RP" can't always defend the lack of RP given so a few people can enjoy clicking others with swords. I apologize for language.))

A Wood Elf leaves a note on the poster.

Freedom means Anarchy.

Anarchy means Chaos.

Chaos means Death.

Freedom means Death.

Malinor became Free.

Malinor sank into Anarchy, into Chaos.

Malinor Died.

The Free Mali becomes the Dead Mali.

Therefore I bid you to become a Servant.

Or Die.
