Soldiers in crimson plating and chain could be seen patrolling the roads and countryside of Oren, sporting the standards of House Briarwood. Trailing behind them, one would spot carts loaded to the brim with wheat, carrots, and dried meats. Any man or women to approach would be offered food, blankets, and canteens filled with clean water.

 

 

 

"Come, citizens of the Imperium Tertius! We offer rations of food and water in these troubling times! Should you have lost your homestead, we shall take all and any of the homeless to Caer Rhoswyn!"
