They speak for hours, many guards wondering why they sit in their chamber for so long. Finally, after several hours, Lord Chamberlain Onar Ireheart, emerges from the palace, with Lord Zahrer Irongrinder and Grand Advisor Dizzy Irongrinder on his right, and Lords Balek Irongut and Fimlin Grandaxe to his left. As they reach the center of town, the Grand Advisor hands the Lord Chancellor a scroll. As he opens it, he gives a solemn expression to the crowd through his mighty beard. He begins to read. By Grand Decree of the Lord’s Council of Urguan, I am here to inform you the Grand King Vorstag Grandaxe has been been accused of the following crimes against the Kingdom: Three accounts of Treason, two counts of Illegitimacy, and one count of murder for the following actions: - Murdering the citizens of Vekaro during a time of peace. - The unlawful trial against Dizzy and Zahrer Irongrinder, lacking the approval of the High Remembrancer. - Exerting his crown authority before coronation. He has also shown many signs of starkness, corruption, conspiracy against the Kingdom, and ill respect for his kin. As such, the Lord’s Council finds him guilty on all accounts, and hereby revokes his position as Grand King of Urguan. He will step down immediately, and hand authority to Lord Regent Onar Ireheart. Nominations by the Lords begin immediately. May the Gods of Justice bless this decision.
