Children and young teenage children are seen in the night sometimes, running up and down the alleys and plastering them up before running off. Those caught were seen to be orphans and gutter rats, the population spat upon by the rest of the richer people of the towns and cities, nations and empires. In red print below the graphic would be painted on the walls sloppily or neat, big and small, of all styles and shapes "THE RISING SUN IS WATCHING" Men with tattoos covering their entire bodies could be seen around towns and alleys now, eastern styled swords at their hip, and wearing a lighter clothing or some leather armor in a foreign fashion, walking in packs and groups. Across walls up high and low, in sewers and even on palace walls, the words were written "Ninkyō Dantai. A hope for the downtrodden. Money and Family."
