Beware, mali'thill'ne and mali'elor of Haelun'or; the coming of the Evarir'thill Il'cruan is upon us. It is the duty of those who bear the seal of the E.T.H.I.C. to protect our Blessed City and Revered Ways from the taint of impurity and treachery that may seep its way into our home.

These mali'aheral hold the authority to investigate all who live within Haelun'or and evaluate them to determine if they are worthy of the sanctuary Haelun'or bestows upon its denizens. They shall purge those who deride and work against the maehr'sae hiylun'ehya and its Esteemed Followers.

kaean'leh evareh chul'okarirae'ehya kaean'leh thill,

— Sohaer Kalenz Uradir

Rap'Lur sobs tears of sadness for the poor high elves, living under the high elven Gestapo.

Ellir shakes her head when she reads the notice. "Does Kalenz WANT to incite a revolt against the Silver Council?" she proclaims despite herself.. She bites her tongue and rereads the announcement with more scrutiny, finds herself passively tracing two vertical lines along her front, trails that were once followed by the brown stitching of an Okarir'leh robe.

Again she shakes her white hair into a fray, discarding the thought. She finds comfort in grasping the pommel of her blade.
"ay'elcihi cruar, ay'elcihi kinar. naelun ito kae'leh yallr'leh." she utters to herself. She leaves the notice be and sets off, silently hoping to come across an upstart impure she can teach some manners.

Ilithararth smiles brightly as he reads the notice, even offering a quiet chuckle "How amusing.." He murmurs to himself after reading the notice.

Mikael's runic eyes focus, scanning what information is to be seen on a poster detailing such guards. He raises the brown canvas hood a little to inspect it with more detail, before silently writing in a small notebook:

"For all his superiority complex-fueled intelligence, Kalenz knows nothing about politics. I expect to see him hanging in the gallows with tar and feathers on his pale skin any time now."

He smirks, overcome with a naughty spark that he usually gets when defacing Haelun'ite bravado. He writes an addendum,

"Anyone willing to enact such a display would be considered a hero by many...", a plain and obvious, if still cowardly, threat. He tears the page from the notebook and weeds around for a small balsa wood box full of tacks. He slams one violently through the torn page and the detailed poster.

Chase thinks to himself, "I am sure the humans would just LOVE to be apart of the investigations. They know how to... you know... handle people."

"One wonders if the Esteemed Sohaer has been licking the thanhium pillars. This bulletin is particularly... uninformative."

To the mali'ame named Artimec,

The Sohaer merely informs the mali of their existence, he does not control the E.T.H.I.C.'s recruitment. Should they seek to recruit such individuals, they shall be found.

Alirya lets out a sigh

"Evantually they will lose favor of the humans and the other elves will have to suffer...Reform would be best. Then again a nation does not exist... It will be fixed"she says with a final nod of the head

"The alliance of Crimson and Silver has been maintained through the generations and has weathered the rise and fall of nations. Your cries for reform are the illogical display of undeveloped mental maturity. You evidently cannot fathom the political climate of the Fringe, or more intelligence would show. One suggests that you avoid talking to yourself, as this is a sign of a mentally unfit and, thus, impure mind."
