The O.o.c. Issue 1

The GMs had recently passed a new rule banning players from using any non-enchanted swords and axes in all fights but wars. This has been the hardest strike against the community as RP defaulters scream out in joy at their luck. However it seems over 75% of the community has grown angry and restless.

The large amount of raging teenage boys rises as many PVPers throw their swords to the side in anger as the staff announce a new rule. Sarient Joe Midget was found for more information on this new pressing issue. “This rule is completely biased!” he exclaimed before throwing his knockback XVI sword into the nearest global moderator, banning him from the game for life. Many others show their dislike with similar feel.

“I can not believe the staff could do this to us!” a very irritable 11 year old girl yells as she hacks off an orcs head. “Changing rules like that. Its not like it was wrong.” The rioting continued leaving many beheaded elves and half eaten halflings in the wake of the recent rule changes. The OOC barrier continues to grow as well as the anger of the PVP defaulters.

They were soon met with the army of moderators. Within moments the blades of every pvp defaulter was thrown at their feet, digging deep into ground. The moderators stood baffled as the rioters sat down in quiet protest before them. Never before in the history of LotC had such a mass banning been done. Over 60 people were banned during this boycott over the recent rule change.





A new tragedy has struck Lord of the Craft. Pets everywhere have been turning their noses to their meals. The epidemic has hit hard, causing many owners to panic at the loss of appetite. “I just don’t know what to do.” one pet owner exclaimed. “I roast it, I season it, I skin it. I have even tried fresh. Borjin Gorkil won’t take a single bite of Billy Hobsfoot.”

Pets everywhere have been turning away from eating their usual diet of halfling and turning to vegan means, tofu. “He grows weaker and weaker. Krug would be so disappointed.” Another owner confided. Looking around the desert numerous pets have started to collapse from lack of proper nutrition. Gobos seem to be faring the least compared to their larger Uruk kin.

Well versed Vetinarian Quack Scofferd gave a brief statement in this. “The dreaded Oculitis obserious carcus, or OOC seems to have affected the brains of these majestic beasts. It seems to be a barrier against their primal instinct to hunt and eat halflings. It has become wide spred and has been known to be interspecies. Many of these creatures have been dying off from starvation.”

There seems to be no cure in sight for this epidemic. All we know is that if your uruk or gobo seem to be exhibiting this behavior, it is time to put it down as soon as possible. The local shelter will be happy to set you up with a new pet. Maybe a lovely little dark elven child that feeds on blood would suit many of you better.





In a recent study has shown that aggression in OOC pushes people closer together. While it may make those who receive it feel low for only a short time, the outcome seems to always be the same. Those who ingage in large amounts of OOC bickering are more likely to end up in a IC relationship. We put some of the most natorious bickerers together in one area for a single day. The OOC rage was quite real and quite a sight to see.

The brutal attacks against each other was enough to make a reported wet himself and run away crying like a four year old girl who fell in mud. After watching the attacks for nearly sixteen hours straight, the scientists got their answer. Most of the bickerers were busy Fading to Bonkers by the end of the sixteenth hours, making us shocked that such love and passion could be found from tearing each other apart.

“Never had I experienced something so beautiful.” Scientist Harold Humor weeped. “The love and passion this arguing has brought brings tears to my eyes. I know only a few of them were killed but the rest were so in love with the other. If only all of our community could be so cruel to each other. Then the love can really begin!”

We watched on for a few more hours until one wrong word was said and the bickering and anger started once more between the testers. It is unknown if the scientists survived the night, however the howls of the single survivor of the testing could be heard for miles as they cried their victory over their weaker opponents.

While none of these stories are 100% true, they are an attempt to lighten the mood here on LotC. This was not done as part of MT but a side project I am doing on my own. How do you do? I am Jade, the most Anti-Oren Silverblade. I dont have any fun RPing with new friends in Kaldonia because they are all Item Hungry PVPers.

As much as you think this is anti oren, its a joke post. And remember, there are no girls on the internet~

I play an elf cause thats where most of my friends are, but I do have people I rp with in Kaldonia and in Kal'arkon and even in the Ugz (or whatever it goes by atm). ^_^

Edit: Just an fyi, i love my friends in Kaldonia. They make for some interesting RP. ^^
