Waleh Tuva’Fenn

Writ by the Laureh’medi, Vul’ibar Fetahileia

Authorized by Laurir’fenn and Grand Prince Gabriel’Daenor

With the people having elected the Gabriel’Daenor both to the post of Grand Prince of Fenn and Laurir’fenn of Okarn’fenn , it has been decreed that these two settlements and bodies are henceforth combined as one. Their people are one and their nations are one, and the mali’fenn are united under one banner and one government.

This is a most joyous day, for the last year has experienced a schism between the Lindale loyalists and the Okarn’Fenn reformists. This political discord has rocked our nation like a ferocious storm, and left in its wake a disorganized and fearful people.

This is no longer. The reign of oppressive terror and fear of disunity has ended. With the acquisition of the sovereign Grand Princedom and the Haelun’orian settlement of Okarn’fenn, the frigid people can once more thrive together in a light of hope and progress never before seen by the mali’fenn.

Furthermore, the new Grand Prince and his council petitions the Enclave of Haelun’or to accept the Grand Princedom as a protectorate, and forfeits the honorary title of “Grand Prince” to distance itself from the policies of the Urguani bortu of the Grand Kingdom, assuming the elven title Elelaurir in its place. Thus the entirety of elves will be within the umbrella of the Enclave, once more uniting the noble race under a single banner. The Princedom of Fenn also subjugates itself to administrative reform at the hands of its own people, to better construct a government which may encourage prosperity and protect from the ravages of war.

It is the position of Haelun'or that the district of Okarn'fenn only holds the title-position of Tilruir'fenn, servant of the snow elves, who serves and communicates the will of the snow elves to the Silver Council of Haelun'or. They may not take the titles of "Princedom" in any shape or form.

Irelia hears of this news

"It is finally over. Thank goodness we do not have to worry henceforth and will finally be able to properly live.."

She smiles, letting out a sigh of relief.

The Princedom of Fenn, a political entity distinct from Okarn'fenn in titular and political sovereignty, now is ruled by the same body and has consolidated governments. While it understands that the Silver Council wishes for the Okarn'fenn to remain a district, the Elelaurir and council petitions for recognition of the dual status of its leader and peoples, or of the consolidated state, and the establishment of the Princedom as a protectorate to Haelun'or. As the Princedom is an antiquated state-title before recent democratic governmental reforms, Fenn is willing to negotiated new common nomenclature to put the time of despotism and title-grabbing in its past.

Okarn'fenn is, undeniably, a part of the Silver Enclave of Haelun'or. However, for the wretched Princedom of Fenn to become a part of Haelun'or it would be a requirement that the Hieal'thilln permit it entry to Haelun'or. As Haelun'or does not recognise the Princedom of Fenn as a political entity, it may not grant it entry into Haelun'or.

The elves of Okarn'fenn remain bound by The Third Concordat of Haler'nor and must, in accordance to the concordat, retain the same political stance as Haelun'or. Haelun'or does not recognise the Princedom of Fenn, and due to this neither do the Denizens of Okarn'fenn or its council.

Haelun'or also recognises only the Tilruir'fenn, Gabriel'Daenor, who rules over the mali'fenn of Okarn'fenn— A district of Tahn'siol. The Sohaer shall only discuss this further with the Tilruir'fenn.

My apoliges Sohaer I believe the Laureh'medi may have worded his statement incorrectly. We do not acknowledge the village of fenn as anything more than it is a village of maddened mali under the control of the dwarves. However with this declaration it is now official that the Mali'fenn are united under one banner, the banner of the feta'igne. With this in mind we push for the annexation of the village of Lindale as part of the territories included under the agreement made in the third concordat of Haelun'or as part of the district of Okarn'fenn. This would allow the Mali'fenn to utilise the lands within to provide goods and resources to Haelun'or, reducing Tahn'siol's dealings with filthy merchants as well as providing an avenue for which the Mali'fenn may both hone their skills and occupy themselves for the betterment of Tahn'siol.

Watcher, hearing upon the news from Irelia, would utter.

"The mali'aheral are foul beings, orcish in culture even if it's sugar coated as a diplomatic race. They once were racist, yes, but smart. Now they recurr to the inferior act of violence... So sad to see a culture going down the drain of violence. Welp, at least they can't hear my thoughts... Yet, maybe sometime mali'fenn can find truth on these, and completely become independant."

Your request, Tilruir'fenn, is granted. Lin'dale may be used by the mali'fenn as is required— So long as the Mad Prince has vacated the city and does not reside in the city. The Silver Enclave advises against inhabiting anywhere but Okarn'fenn proper within Tahn'siol, for security reasons.
