Please do. And then explain to me in a detailed passage how this is going to create RP that I would want to participate in. After such, explain to me how this plays into your characters story.

Please explain how your opinions matter?

Bravo, this is legitimately the best piece of lore I have read on these forums o' mine in the two and a bit years that i've been here and i thoroughly hope this glorious lore is accepted onto the server. It would make the server much better!

I /did/ read the lore. I dislike the premise, and feel again like you are trying to create something special. If your RP is getting stale and you find the need to write so much lore, why not change your RP? Come try and be a Druid, or perhaps roll a Halfling. The bottom line is this : People aren't in the mood for more edgy bad guys. We have enough, and they're RP'd very well. It's not like we hate you, we just dislike your ideas, and feel like you're trying to become too important. Try having fun with existing RP instead of becoming the all powerful character you really, really seem to want.

These are your opinions, not facts.

Dwarves are honorable gold-jews, not gold-jews who have honor.

They won't flesh-rune for **** on risk of execution and excommunication

((Did you talk to the people involved before posting this to see if they wanted to do this?))

Edit: Read the whole thing. Stop trying to be the main antagonist. Please. You're basically saying Oren is practically destroyed if this lore is accepted. Do you know how ridiculous an event this sounds? -1

And we already have enough characters. Wraiths, necromancers, dread knights. We're good.

You're saying "**** it" to a lot of things, and I have a feeling this was written up without a shred of thought for anyone else or any actual lore. tl;dr you didnt study

1. Oren is not destroyed, it catches fire and the fire is doused the next day.

2. we have a lot of villains big whoop want a cookie? I don't think having alot of villains matters...variety is the spice of life my friend.

3. Main antagonist? Since when is having my character executed then revive into a monster being the antagonist? That guy would be much more subtle.

Still, on this lore they do it anyway, and so shall it be.

This looks like you're trying to bring the Lich King and the scourge from world of warcraft into lotc through skewed "lore".

Seems like you're trying to shoehorn your character into being the 'main character' to gain attention.

The most memorable characters on LOTC got there due to good old hard work and dedication, and making the right connections. (i.e. Peter Chivay, Gaius Marius, Kjell, etc.)

How so? i see no undead scourge or any form of thing that would link this to world of warcraft.

I bet you don't even know the dwarves who do flesh runes.

No, but Oren would.

No one here has a vendetta against you. They just don't want to see this piece of lore on the server. Stop taking these criticisms of the lore, not you, so personally, and in turn stop making personal attacks.

Regardless, I personally don't see a need or desire for this lore on the server. If you want to make an impact on the server's role play, there are many ways to do it without having to write your own lore or having a special character.

1. A large part of it is destroyed if you apparently bring in a bunch of large ass monsters that wreak havoc, and fires do cause destruction

2. Too much variety leads to absolute shite. Uthrandir, another RP server, is an example of a horrendous amount of variety/diversity

3. Main antagonist being you're permakilling characters and there's this HUGE event set up just for your character to come alive and bring about a large group of beasts that will also spread chaos.

Nope, as you would see in the lore all of these monsters are the same, even Howard, he is just the first one.

I became a 'celebrity' on Rap'Lur through simply RPing an orcish pastry chef. You don't get well-known through forced events and special snowflake lore.

p.s. Flesh runes aren't even a well-known thing, but they'd be the only theoretical way to do this.
