Unless you have 45,000 dungeon realm alts I would advise that you roleplay on the server for a bit and make allies/friends before going off and creating something like this.

Hunter I am going to post this publicly to show you how people agree with what I told you. I would start as one full house in Oren then gain your influence in and around Oren, gain your barony or land then go from there. It would be a better idea for you to start out as.

Props to you my friend for trying something new! You have my support as long as your competent with your culture. However, it's important that I agree with my peers above. It is best you just try to establish a noble house first and work from there outwards to spread your culture. Don't focus on nobility, focus on having a lord, one or two sons/daughters, and then his loyal commoners. Trying to make a multifaceted principality is something that is achieved by only the largest of movements, especially in this day and age on the server. I'd also recommend looking up the Auvergnian culture here on LotC. It is based off of the Franks as well, if I am not mistake. Perhaps it's not your exact culture, but it may be similar. Enjoy LotC and my best wishes for whatever you may do!

(For now, the plan was to just look about for somewhere to set up camp. Once we find a duke or something to swear to, then we'd hopefully just wait around, get some things, and all of that for 4.0. Come that, hopefully, we'd get some land... somewhere. We don't plan on marching in and declaring ourselves nobility. Our characters are foreigners entering a nation known for its aggressiveness. They're going to try to show their worth, and become... well, somebodies.

Edit: Note, also, that this is just our character's culture. They're versed politicians; they are aware that their nobility will not be recognized, and all of that. As a result, all that they care about, as of now, is showing that they are an asset to Oren, and attempting to get ahold of resources and moolah. What they don't want is to run out into the wild, build a small village, then declare themselves High Princes of the land (!!!11oneone1). They're obviously very weary, considering they just left their ravaged homeland.)

[[ I'm not a fan of the use of a distant ambiguous homeland, but at least you're trying to integrate into Oren from the bottom, so I'll withhold judgement. If you need any questions answered on nobility or social progression etc. within Oren, I'm available in my capacity as Imperial Chamberlain. ]]

(( Hey, welcome aboard.  Don't mind what anyone else says.  When I joined, I attempted to start a Roman-themed minifaction with 4 friends and received similar criticism.  It's awesome to see new players coming up with authentic content, especially when a lot of other "old player" content is honestly stale af.  You should expand a lot on your homeland and delve more into why you left, however.

The August Imperial Marshal had laid eyes upon the fortified Relourian camp when passing through the Cloud Temple with a large infantry cohort and baggage train in his entourage.  In origin, he had assumed them to merely be men of Alras, a notion he disliked over the seconds of thought he had given them.

Having split from the column of regulars some time earlier, the master-at-arms of said cohort rode back to the saddled Marshal, performing a Kaedreni salute on horseback before offering a short, precise description of the Relourian folk.  Vibius is reported to have simply grunted, nodded and replied, making a few hand gestures as he did so, gesturing for said information to be recorded in his binder, before grinning in thanks.
