Aegis Characters ~ Tradition

Greetings people.

 

Some may know of this, but it's sort of been a tradition for me to post this video everytime a new realm has or is about to open. Therefore to all the new people watching this, enjoy.

 

Back when the server realm was known as Aegis I made this video, to kinda get a flashback, now and then, to the good ol' days. The video features all sorts of characters/personas back then.

I've been overcome with emotions as I remember the good times of **** skins and awkward noob roleplay. The times when someone could run around claiming he was jesus without getting banned. The times when the Undead were all pvpers, and not creepy rp defaulters. The times when diamonds were given out for free because the economy was more jacked up than obama care. Even the time when a BR was such a legendary sight to see people had well developed opinions on the situation and didn't choose to ***** about *** in ooc. These times are gone now.. And we must overcome these hard times of BR's over bread from weaboos and the kids who make a new persona with the same name everyday to avoid pvp conflict. Times are tough, and it ain't getting easier. R.I.P Aegis, you aren't as missed as Asulon, but you were fun as shooting heroine into your eye.

Ah yes, my green elf. The day I first joined before deciding to change from an opinion in RP from Lulu. Mmmm, yes. Also the times where I was an inconsiderate ass hat. Mmm, yes. Also a stubborn ****. Mmmm, yes.

 

All though I dislike my time in Aegis to a certain point, it was my favorite time and it was my first RP experience. It was fun, was able to be a druid, a mage, part of the Teut for a day then never going back. Also being a butler to royalty then quitting. Also wanting to be Alras' court mage but never went through. Also the time where I was able to befriend Mogroka and friends, being an elf at the time. Also the time where I adopted Jens and another person whom I am sorry to forget. It was also the time where all I did when I was bored was sit at the Laurelin gate, on top of the board, helping those who pass by with information and such. Good times indeed. 

 

So many friends have come and past, and I do miss them all, well, some of them. It is nice to know some of them stuck through with this server, and I am able to talk to again for nostalgia purposes. Also making new ones along the way.

 

When I look back now, I have a few things I would have changed about myself.

 

One being me being a total ass hat to some of my closest friends, and blowing up the way I did that one unfaithful day.

Another is to go back and change my **** roleplay, and not being some never wanting to lose idiot.

And last is trying to figure out a definitive way to get into that damn princedom and becoming a prince and working my way to High Prince. God damn it, I  was close, I swear it. 

 

I blew to many things in the past, and I regret it. But now that I have decided to return, I wish to stand myself back up and fix myself.

 

I love you guys, and I like this server. I hope we have a very good run and when this is all over one day, we may all still be friends and not so casually add each other's skypes and never message each other again.
