(( You don't seem to understand that we have viable OOC reasons for denying this claim, We are not recognizing it nor consenting to it. So please don't try to reason with us, as it certainly won't help. And also please don't resort to insulting our playerbase, I am actually quite sure we would easily win this, but as was said this is the second day. This certainly isn't needed at all without even talking about the OOC reasons which keep us from giving consent to this. ))

((Where did I insult your player base? The edgy one which was RP? If you are confident you could win, then let's do it and make some RP instead of arguing OOC))

(( Again you don't seem to understand, we will take our leave now as everything has been said. ))

[Hello. I will not be accepting this warclaim. This is my call in the end due to me owning this plot. I am very sorry, but we have been on this map for just over a day, warclaims should not be the answer to such a small conflict. We were there first, we own the plot, and our answer to your warclaim isn't rude in any way, we respectfully deny it. Maybe some day in future RP we can handle this.

I'm not being a coward, I just find it too early in the map to be warclaiming, so I do not support this warclaim or any warclaim.

This warclaim is respectfully denied, sorry.]

((You were told multiple times that we were coming, and y'all claimed it while we were. When I confronted you guys, swords were drawn and was told to screw off. My character is a proud one IC, and in return raided and plans to attack to route you guys out. Not to mention the reason we are going for the land in the first place is because of it's strategic location. I believe there is plenty of IC reasoning to go into this as it is the proper time to attack. Why wait and build stuff if we are going to attack anyway?))

(( tbh, this is more than enough to warclaim. You guys draw swords on his house and men and then expect zero retaliation? ))

((Not to mention the fact that we would attack in the early days to not let you guys set up. The whole 4.0 just started argument doesn't make much sense. Of course we wouldn't want to wait until you guys are well dug in and have built everything. It'd be better if we did it now rather then later so nothing you build gets destroyed/lost.))

[You have your reasons for wanting to build there, that's what we have too. This plot is so close to spawn that it could provide more than enough RP for our small society, which is RPly disguised as a legitimate witcher's business/tavern. Your character has pride ICly. Mine does too, though I take pride in my work OOCly. We had our senses about and were quick to claim the land, fair and square. I invested a lot of time into this so it could happen, I am not saying I'm attatched to it, trust me. But I'm saying it'll be a hard thing to see go since it took a lot of time. Now I think both of our parties should come to an IC pact with each other. The terms can be discussed ICly how you want.

I'd like this topic to stay unlocked and have a healthy choice in words.]

This is 100% why the warclaim system is broken.  You flaunt your cock to another person who happens to be more powerful and then hide behind OOC barriers and refuse any and all attempts to warclaim you.

Can this not be a clear example we need to bring back the warclaim team?

((I know completely where you are coming from. We also started 4.0 aiming for that spot but didn't get it because I was at school today. I have the same connection to it you do. However, it doesn't make it an excuse to deny a warclaim. You'll only grow more attached to it the longer it's pushed off. The only IC terms given are to leave the land. It's the hard facts, but it's the IC consequences.))

[You should be saying this on a feedback thread, friend, here isn't the best place to be advertising.]

[Another reason I'm not accepting this warclaim is because of our indifference. I want to peacefully come to an agreement. if Oren wants this land under their control, why not take us on as an ally? You guys can use it as a defensive front, but we can go about our RP. There's about 101 options to peacefully come to an agreement, there's only two options for a warclaim.]

((Because House Othaman needs that land for a small settlement. We can talk if you wish to be apart of that which is why I left some time I negotiate. If you accept the warclaim, we will have time to talk and continue in RP. If an agreement is reached, I'll drop it))

[Tbh, I don't trust you enough to leave this open. I rather you come in RP some way, giving us a last chance or something. Then hopefully we can start building some trust?]
