A Warning Poster

In finely writ handwriting, a dozen copies of the same poster can be found at frequently traveled spots along the Stone Road, and the capitals of the Humans and Elves. It reads as follows:

 

Beware!

 

Villains roam the Stone Road.

 

Be on the look-out for groupings of suspicious men; In the most recent instance they have included the following in their ranks:

At least one Orc.

A man in dark black robes and hood.

One man in red armor.

Two-three other individuals in generic armor, unidentified but likely of Elven or Human descent.

 

These men are suspected cultists and attacked an unarmed man, stabbing his eye.

 

They may refer to themselves as the Black Fist, Hand of Iblees, or some other such titling. These men dared impede upon the freedom that is Papa Ferioli's Pizza Parlor with their foul deeds. When confronted they quickly and expertly eluded pursuit despite their armor and fled like the cowards they are, towards the former Dwarven Capital, which is now inhabited by the Undead.

 

Too cowardly to dare attack the cities, these cultists have targeted the less-defended settlements and businesses along the Stone Road.

 

On behalf of travelers everywhere, I urge those nations nearby; Send troops on regular patrols! Do not let the minions of the Betrayer strike fear into the heart of the populace!

 

Civilians are encouraged to take up arms and regularly practice wielding them. Ascended and Clerics are encouraged to make their presence known among the lesser settlements.

The posters sent to the Elven Capital and Petrus, as well as the poster inside the Standing Inn, now have two accompanying charcoal drawings of suspected culprits!

 

The pictures also have the following wrote on them:

Orc, green skin with darker green patches and red markings. Human, older, in red robes and stupid yellow hat. He has green eyes and was seen with the orc and hooded figure who, due to his unique robes, has been confirmed as one of the cultists from Papa Ferioli's!

"The old Valah male in the last sketch is 'Throdo Therving'. He has been conducting cultist activity around the tavern for some time now. He really should wear a disguise."
