Upon conducting further diplomacy between several parties, the state of Laureh'lin has decided - under the discretion of Phaedrus Lle'hileia - to retract its original support to House Carrion and its supporters. With consideration of the fact that the Treaty of the Sun's Smile is no longer upheld by even its host nation, Urguan, Laureh'lin now has no reason to defend the final signature upon it, Tuvya Sigismundovic Carrion.

It is with this established that Laureh'lin, unbound to any of its previous oaths, offers its support to Aesterwald and its allies, specifically the individual King Maric. In recognition for König Voron Rovin's support, camaraderie and friendship on several battlefields and the Bronze rebellion.

With this in mind, Phaedrus Lle'hileia invites the world's leaders to convene once again to draft a more solid treaty, one more current with the newly forming political structure, and applicable now that its original purpose of tending to the Underkingdom seems to have been fulfilled.

Imperial Prince Viktor Carrion shakes his head as he hears word of Laureh'lin's declaration.

"And so is only we Carrions who abide by treaty, and yet we who are punished by all who break it? Let day of this be remembered as black day upon which honour fell from Athera. May Godani deliver swift justice upon their wretched kind in years to come."

The Justiciar folds the missive in half after reading it, the crease sharp and thin, followed by a single utterance of his cool, collected voice.

"Your turn."

William sits in his study, catching up on a tome about herbal ingredients when his butler, blinks into existence next to him. "Laureh'lin has a new proclamation sir, I highly suggest you read it," he says, handing William the fancy document.

William sets down his tome, nodding to the butler and thanking him. Once he leaves the room, William opens the seal and reads the words within. A few moments after finishing it, he grunts. "While this makes my task easier, I'm a bit disappointed. I'm not sure why that alliance of nations treaty was even signed if not a single nation would honor it the first time it is brought into effect." William then puts the letter down, rising from his chair and striding over to the pillar in the center of his tower. He reaches his hand out to the weathered staff hanging there, muttering to himself, "To war."

Aleksandr Carrion nods, he was already aware of the elves backing out. In a calm tone he says. "Am wondering why, they support the heartlanders, ones who supported and assisted in murder of other races." he shakes his head, before going to get a drink at the tavern from Mithius, the dark elf bar owner.

upon hearing the news Sebastian cares little as he has his own tasks to be doing but he does utter a few words "...And so the new elven state chooses oblivion, a state such as theirs formed in blood has enough agaisnt them. Now those forces against them have new friends. If there is one thing I have learnt you cannot beat Carrion.. like the High Elfs they will always return and stronger each time, just becuase you take their crown and land does not mean they can't terrorise your lands to the point of anarchy."

Sebastian pauses

"Such an act will not be forgiven."

"Every race has declared war on every other race at some point. Bringing up past conflicts will always end up in an endless debate of he said she said."

Avgust sits in the shallow part of the Estermeadow River, eyes closed and breathing calmly. Godferik flies overhead and drops a flier on the enbankment. With a sigh, Avgust rises from the river and picks up a towel to dry himself off. He catches the flier just befoe it hits the ground and reads it, " Zhenya elfskis. Looks like they all wish to see those that would make use of their godlike blessings in power then strong Raevir folk." He rubs his neck and grunts, "This does niet bode well, can sense impending doom. Niet good. Niet good at all."
