Connection Refused

I decided to log back on to LotC after a month long hiatus and I was greeting by this message.

 

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:

 

Not quite sure what the issue is, but I can log on to Dark Ages, a PvP Minecraft server, and my internet in general is working fine. Any possible help would be appreciated, thanks.

Normally that goes if you restart mc. Maybe your client is outdated or perhaps it is server side
