A Name For A New City

An events board has been set up in Laureh'lin, the only poster present reading the following:

 

As construction of Laureh'lins new capital nears completion and more Elves make the journey home, we bring forth the opportunity to give our new home the name it deserves to those who would live in it.

Citizens of Laureh'lin along with any elves may bring forth name proposals and all will be heard now.

Step forwards and name your city.

"Not something with meaningless apostrophes please. Something simple like New Laurelin."

A shout comes from the back. But the words are said just as someone else begins talking, so they both stop talking. And then they see the other person isn't talking, so they then begin to talk again. Finally, the original yeller just continues on as the other person's voice trails off. God.
