Vanderfell offers several types of homes, ranging from a homesteads, to guild housing, to apartments, to roadside houses that are great locations for business. Of pricing, a small varying upfront payment to purchase a house is applicable, and a steady fifty mina per Saint’s week tax with four week evasion period, in case the homeowner is not able to pay. Vanderfell boasts some of the most extravagant festivals, holidays, and feasts.
