To those who blame the Crow of the evils of Athera

Do not forget that unfounded comments are worthless. All those of many cultures that blame the Crow for the evils of our world, you bring no reasoning to your statements. House Carrion never banished any culture, or prohibited anyone from living in their realm, no discrimination because of the kin you come from. Now, you speak of House Carrion as a tyrannous scheming House, but when was Carrion tyrannous? Perhaps when we removed the dwarven menace from the Human lands and took them back to their capital. Or perhaps when we united humanity.

You speak of Raevirs as bandits, rats and peasants. But at least we had men plowing and harvesting our fields at all times and have we never went through hunger. And at least, we never lacked proper equipment to arm our soldiers in time of war. And to Banditry, it is an ill practiced by all cultures, and a foul excuse to ban Raevirs from your lands.

Aesterwald has done nothing for the good of Humanity besides divide it further because of an irrational hate of the Raevir kin. It has brought this hate so far that even the realm of the Creator has been affected.

Perhaps before trying to ill-speak the Raevirs, you should look to yourself and to your own flaws. Do not forget, that envy brings nothing but harm to the soul..

"More leaflets to feed a greedy fire already burning in the hearts of all Raevirs, as if these words would make the Mardonic League up and drop Aesterwald as an ally. Perhaps if they stayed in their own lands, robbed their own people and stopped trying to be the biggest troglodyte on the pile, men of other Nations would not pay them any mind and they could truly be left alone to live in what ever primitive manner they so wish. Ah, but that is too simple, even for a Crow. First they take Hanseti, then they take a shattered Empire instead of remaining loyal and departing with the true Emperor of Humanity, then they enact discrimination against any and all who are not of their own peasant blood eventually losing it as every nation in the world opposed their rule. The Crow waits, strikes again and steals another Empire from those chosen not only by The Creator but by the noble blood of Horen, again. They lose it yet again and set up their own lands for their own people, lands that no other Human nation North of them would pay any mind to if it were not for the droves of starving, ill mannered and uneducated Raevirs pouring into their nations. They rob, they cheat, they steal and do it all while shouting 'Raevir lives matter!' and worshiping carrots.

Go home and stay home Raevirs and maybe you will find a world that likes you more when your Carrion overlords aren't forcing themselves in every nook and cranny of our governments. You degraded our status in the world among the races, regressed our progress away from an Imperium, stagnated our religion, burnt our history and allow the Undead to slaughter us from the front while you pickpocket us from the back." Says Captain Volker

"I don't blame Crows for all the evils of the world, I blame Iblees for such. No reasoning? Let's have a go then.

I have not accused the Carrion of discrimination, however I do believe that there was a sense of 'cultural privelege' placed upon the people of Oren in the sense that political positions were often given out to Raevirs rather than that of Merit.

A denial of tyranny? That is indeed arguable, however the definition of such a term states:

'Arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power; despotic abuse of authority.'

Does that not sound and detail the same use of power that the Crow attempted to place upon the Peaceful and Independent State of Waldenia in the early days of Athera based upon de jure claim after they forcibly removed the Chivay Emperor; an act which is as treacherous as their claim of Waldenia's?

However I can see your point with the Late Anthosian Era of Oren mainly becase I personally enjoyed Heinrick's reign."

"They are spoken as bandits, rats and peasants for they act as such. You literally claim to be a society of peaceful peasants. As for the banditing and robbing, all aggressors towards Waldenia and Petrus were in one way related to the Raevir culture. You can harvest your fields to prevent starvation and have the ability to equip soldiers in war? You have surely proven that you can do the most basic of Human civilization's functions. Banditry can be practiced by all indeed, however Waldenia has not been bandited nor attacked by the Dwedmar, the Elves, the Uruks and the Heartlanders. The 'excuse' to Ban Raevir from our lands was not one based on hatred, it more or less stated that Raevir were permitted as long as they had identification. Furthermore that act has already been repealed.

Such evidence for Raevir aggression can be found in this Waldenian Document:"

Aesterwald has done nothing for the good of Humanity besides divide it further because of an irrational hate of the Raevir kin. It has brought this hate so far that even the realm of the Creator has been affected.

"Aesterwald is a new 'Power' and is therefore unable to provide much, however it has served beneath the Third Orenian Empire gleefully and only wished to be peaceful and independent after the removal of their Liege. Irrational hate is hardly the term, as the 'hatred' ranges to when Raevir 'Peasants' of the Coal Miners Union assaulted the former order of Lucien, soldiers who devoted their lives to the Creator, alongside Roads, the ambush upon the same Order when they responded to a distress call of the Northern Scourge from the Decterum, the overthrowing of their Liege lord, the invasion of Waldenia by a crow-lead army and the constant attacks upon the North and her friends.

The realm of the Creator has been affected due to the Schism? Hardly. This exact quote merely proves that the Canonist church exists purely for political 'sway' and 'pull',  which also displays how the Church is not willing to denounce nor excommunicate those who tore down a church and attack allies against the mighty evil itself due to the fact that the Raevir and the good people of Savoie are the last ones who wish to follow its ways. This merely solidifies the fact that they do not follow the path of the righteous and rather they follow one of greed and power."

Perhaps before trying to ill-speak the Raevirs, you should look to yourself and to your own flaws. Do not forget, that envy brings nothing but harm to the soul.

Godferik

"Waldenia has looked into its own actions and has prayed for the Creator's forgiveness in the past, especially during the recent aiding of pagans against the men of Savoie and the living amongst Adunians, and has thus already atoned for its sins whilst the Raevir still deny their own. However to claim that we are 'Envious'... The hell should we be envious for?"

"Do t'e Raevir forget w'at t'ey did to my people?" Quinlan the Adunian says, raising a brow before returning to Aesterwald where he was welcomed with open arms, all those years ago in front of Ard Krallach...

The Young Acolyte Tokiomi Ishikawa speaks up "I agree people are willing to judge an entire culture of people to quickly but....a Raev Monarch attempted to claim dominion over all free peoples of mankind by right, issuing ultimatums and threats of war if they did not swear under him, then when the men rebelled he quickly fell ill and died....Or when a Raev Prince issued the destruction of an entire nations worth of Nobility, the Nobles were not the only ones to be slaughtered. The Sacking of Yamamoto left the then populous Eastern people without a home and now are a dying culture due to this....I try not to judge an entire people for mistakes made by a few but the Crow has brought much hate upon itself and needs to realise the hate isn't unfounded. If only they would work to better their relations with others rather than deny history...." the young Acolyte sighs, returning to his work in Vanderfell

Branaford of Cavan would shrug responding to the man's comment, "You speak as if previous great empires did not use the same methods of unification. If my knowledge of modern Oren in Asulon does serve me correctly, Godfrey did wage war against nations such as Hanseti so they would bend the knee to him, did he not?" The old deacon ponders to him self.

"Godfrey waged war against Hansetti out of retailiation, Salvus out of retaliation and Seventis bent the knee after the great plague. There was blood shed indeed, however Hansetti was not but a Military State for the Teutonic Order and the Wolverines, not an entire people, but an army of Sariants militarized and ready for war. In the end they bent the knee and only the Wolverine Military group suffered. Not a blatent sacking like in Yamamoto..." says Tokiomi the Acolyte

"Yet, House Carrion did not militarily annex any realms, yet took them through diplomacy and personal unions. Those who bent the knee, did it out of their own will." Says Godferik Carrion

"If you could call the sacking of Yamamoto and the purge diplomacy. Or the Ultimatiums and threats of war issued to Aesterwald the same, it was cutthroat diplomacy at best. Make enough threats and people will swear, do not call it their own will." says Tokiomi

There was no such thing as the sacking of Yamamoto, and the purge was simply to remove countless useless nobles who used and abused their titles for their own will, providing nothing for the good of the realm. Yet do remember, they were stripped of their nobility, but they were allowed to remain in the Empire. The ultimatiums never lead to war, and Aesterwald has remained independant to this day.

Amidst the glorious banter, Charles de Savoie would try to gather one's attention by alerting them to the most true of all facts.

When the so called "sacking" of Yamamoto happened, guess who was Lord Marshall of Oren?

You guessed it, Maric I Varodyr. Grandfather of the oh-so noble Maric II.

He states this most eloquently, with a slight chuckle.

"So Yamamoto and its inhabitants just vanished, craters made by trebuchet fire and buildings damaged before eventual demolishing happened by itself? I suppose what the new Raevir motto should be is 'Only Raevir Lives Matter' as they shout about how everyone apparently discriminates against them but cannot see the evil they've committed against others and tried to rebuild bridges burnt....." Tokiomi says, sighing as he cannot get through to people who seem to believe that they've never done anything wrong

"As for the Purge, the Carrions removal of so called useless nobles followed by the ennoblement of many more useless nobles. Call it what you want but it was the Carrions taking people out of power to put their own in place. As for the Varodyr's I'm an Easterner so I don't know why people would think I think of them highly...."

In fact, I do not remember seeing any people from this 'Yamamoto', perhaps because it was one large manor occupied by the Ishikawas and a couple pink trees. You are sore over something that was long dead before Carrion ever stepped into the political spectrum..

Our reigns were marked by cultural freedom, and every vassal was obliged to his duties. Maybe in the later reigns the feudal duties were not enforced as much as the original ideals of House Carrion dissipated.
