The Secrets Within The Halls

The yells that had started just a few months ago within The Hall of the Doomforge had ceased. A rattle, a song now stood in it's place. A sole hammer, a sole anvil. It's ringing rhymed with the clash, the echo reaching out even the University's deepest halls, the Lake's deepest ponds. The booming hammer continued for a few days,, the gates were locked, so the nuisance continued even against the Dwarven wishes. But it was big. As the days went by the hammering became slower, more tired. But they were steady. One early morning, a new flag was encrypted on the entrance of the Hall, made with an unknown material that appeared to be permanently ablaze, while keeping the metallic shape.

Asgolian metal. Dormin had unlocked it's secrets throughout the years of hermitage. He had unlocked the secrets behind the buidlers of Asgol, and perhaps, to something darker. The usage of a metal is much more when the very floors you stand on depend on how well you can bend it. Now Dormin could bend it, break it and remake it.

The Sigil stood on the wall, blurping with the moving fire and magma in it's interior. Those who touched it would fail to turn it off, it was alight with unknown magic. It's design was carefully cared for. Each chain, each spike, each line had been carved out to a point where you see that the Smith behind it had decided each milimeter of it beforehand.

A few days later, a sign appeared just beneath the Sigil.

"Orzumar-um ordinarok vaz Tharum. Asgol Dorenad vorzum."

It was written in Runic, in words unknown to the ancient language. Only one word was made out, "Asgol" written in such a way to show it is the Capital City of the Dwarves in the land of Asulon.

The gates were still silent and shut days after. Noone was around, only a slight whisper of the Doom Forge below would be heard. The Doomforge weren't gone, you could sometimes hear the rattle of their feet. They were at work. They had discovered something.

Lilum hears the silence of the Doomforge Hall.

"Suh t'eir foinleh done wiff t'eir slaves, eh? Mos' loikleh some kinkeh shite was goin' un down t'eir t'a' involved all t'a 'ammerin."

Lilum strolls out and on his way he sees the poster, unsure of what it says, but notices the runes are most likely the old language,

"Ah nae fawken knuh w'a' t'is es, ah well."

Lilum continues on his way, paying no mind to whatever else is going on in the grand scheme of things.
